CUTTING

Precision is the match word of this department. Meticulous attention to detail and cutting is the first step in ensuring quality-assured finished products. The 100% inspection of finished fabric, as per requirement, is a preliminary measure prior to cutting. Each lot is spread on an automatic spreader machine to ensure accuracy. As a custom fabric manufacturer, we take extra care in the cutting process to maintain consistency and quality.

STITCHING

A trial run for several garments prior to bulk production ensures that the production is constant and in conformity with inline products and applicable quality standards. Inline inspections are done by our in-house quality team. We also provide Fabric Embroidery Services, adding value to our garments through beautiful embroidery work.

PACKAGING

Ensuring that the quality standards stays intact during periodic in-line and final inspection by 100% garments inspection and strict quality implementation in order to secure quality goods for our valuable customers.

QUALITY STANDARD

We are also running a product tracking system that starts at the fabrication stage and ends after each garment is completely packed. This system allows us to detect faults at each stage of production in real-time, ensuring that corrective measures are taken on the spot, maintaining both high-quality products and production efficiency. Additionally, we offer Fabric Embroidery Services to further enhance the quality and personalization of our fabrics. Final inspection is done as per the AQL 2.5 level to ensure high-quality products for our customers.
